Large Cottages

These cottages are our suggestions for large families or groups of people wanting to holiday together. Some may be large in their own right sleeping everyone under the same roof and some may be in small complexes where you can have your own space but also be together with your friends or family when you want to be. All bookings have a £27.00 booking fee.

GOODRICH, ROSS ON WYE - Primrose, Peony, Foxglove, Periwinkle, Poplar, Fuchsia, Fir, Poppy, Fern are all in a group and can be booked together

	Poplar (sleeps 2) A small but perfectly formed let, with lots of character. All on one level, quirky and fun. Sleeps 2. Pet friendly.
	Fuchsia (sleeps 2) A lovely let, with lots of character and wonderful views of surrounding countryside. Over two levels, quirky and fun. Sleeps 2.
	Fir (sleeps 3) A lovely let, in a medieval building with lots of character set beneath Goodrich Castle. Over three levels, quirky and fun. Sleeps 3. Pet friendly.

LUDLOW AREA - The Barn and The Parlour are next door to each other and can be booked together
	The Barn (sleeps 8) The Barn is situated on a working organic farm, but well away from the day to day workings. It has been converted to a Holiday Let of the highest standard, the accommodation is extremely flexible and perfect for families wanting to experience the real countryside. Set in idyllic countryside with walks on the doorstep yet only a short drive from Ludlow and Leominster.
	The Parlour (sleeps 2) The Parlour is a converted milking parlour which milked 6 cows at a time. It now comprises of an immaculate one bedroom let, which is all at one level for easy access, however there are 2 steps leading to the private enclosed deck at the back of the cottage. The Parlour is well located for holidays in Shropshire and Herefordshire close to Ludlow and Leominster.

Sorrel, Bramble, Columbine and Acorn are in the same complex and can be rented as a group
	Sorrel Cottage (sleeps 6) Sorrel cottage is a comfortable and cosy let in a lovely courtyard complex next to the owner's own farmhouse. The complex faces south and is a lovely sun trap. Perfect for families with separate games,information and laundry rooms all available to guests. Pet friendly.

BLACK AND WHITE VILLAGES, North Herefordshire
	Angels (sleeps 8) A large modern let within 5 minutes walk to the centre of a black and white village, with two pubs serving good food and the village shop. Sleeps 8. Family and Pet friendly.

WORCESTER BORDERS AREA
	Sunnyside (sleeps 8) Sunnyside is a beautifully renovated 17th Century large cottage. South facing with lovely views towards the Malvern Hills. Great for family get togethers in a wonderfully peaceful location. Pet Friendly.
Siskin and Skylark can be used as one cottage with a door linking them and can be booked together.
	Skylark (sleeps 6) A recently modernised let, in a lovely area, characterful and cosy perfect for a family holiday. Pet friendly.
	Siskin (sleeps 2/4) A newly renovated outbuilding completed to a very high standard, can be linked with Skylark to form one large let. Pet friendly.

MID WALES AREA
	Upper Dolau (sleeps 7) This traditional welsh stone built farm workers cottage is located on the edge of a sheep farm in beautiful countryside, a perfect location for a family holiday. With a small railway station in the village you can leave the car at home and relax in fabulous walking country. In the heart of mid wales rest and relaxation in wonderful surroundings, a real taste of the country. Pet friendly.

KNIGHTON
	Knighton House (sleeps 8) A very pretty, welsh stone built, large cottage in the centre of Knighton. Perfect for access to local shops whilst only a few minutes away from glorious countryside. Knighton House is a high quality Powys cottage, ideal for large groups or a family get together.

HEREFORD AREA - Round Oak, Tall Trees, Magnolia, Maple and Mulberry are all in the same complex and can be rented as a group
