Please complete the enquiry form below, this can be used for general enquiries or reviews of places you have stayed or a general review of our service.

We will respond as quickly as is practical. Although these forms are not as friendly to use as a simple e-mail, we will react to your enquiry at the same or faster speed as receiving an email. Sometimes, we may send an acknowledgement whilst we are working to get the best response for you.

If you prefer to speak to a real person telephone us on 01568 612467. But for most information, we will be able to respond more effectively if an e-mail is received, making a return message that much more assured.

Our quality of service absolutely depends on feedback from our customers.

We aim to use any information received from guests or home owners to improve our service. All communications are used to check on quality and to see how things can be made better; this is done with due respect to confidentiality. Improvement can only come from awareness and this can only come from the information we receive.
