Rosemary Cottage is a lovely conversion of a traditional black and white barn, refurbished to a high standard, with modern insulation this pretty cottage is in a perfect spot for walkers or cyclists. The cottage is detached and is across the courtyard from the owners property. There are no other private houses nearby, although there are tea rooms. The cottage is extremely comfortable and the furnishings are in keeping with the country cottage feel of the place as well as the very distinct character of the barn. The nearest town or village with a pub is Leintwardine and this is about 5 miles away, other market towns in easy reach are Craven Arms, Ludlow, with its Norman Castle and Fine Dining, Hereford, with its famous Cathedral and the Mappa Mundi and Shrewsbury, with its castle and abbey. Stokesay Castle, a fortified 13th Century Manor House, is also closeby.
