This is a very small, almost like someone's front room, cosy pub which serves real ale and great food at good prices.  A warm welcome to all and two real fires in the winter, the perfect place for a lunch or early evening meal.  Booking advisable for large parties.

The Corners

The Corners Inn is a Grade II listed, 16th Century black and white inn situated in the village of Kingsland, Herefordshire. Offering warm, traditional hospitality with creative home made food, local beers and ciders.

The Lounge Bar with original beams and comfy leather chairs leaves you with no excuse but to relax and enjoy a quiet drink on your own or with friends. Treat yourself to a tasty bar meal or settle down with a coffee to read the local paper. The Restaurant is situated in the oldest part of the building, the exposed beams lending it an ambiance of great character the perfect place to enjoy a candlelit dinner. The Resatuarant has room for up to 100 people, so it is also the ideal venue for a wedding reception, dinner dance or other special occasion.

The Merchants House 10 Corn Square, Leominster, HR6 8LR


The Merchants House is situated in the heart of Leominster in a beautiful grade 2 listed 'black and white' building in Corn Square. Having recently undergone major kitchen refurbishment and decoration, to the oak beamed cafe and restaurant, The Merchant House is now open for business. The Merchants House has the additional benefit of an enclosed walled courtyard where you can enjoy lunch, coffee or cream tea during the day or pre dinner drinks before an evening meal in the restaurant. In the Winter months they have an open log fire in the main restaurant area to enjoy.

Head Chef, Mike James, prides himself on producing good quality, home made food to an old English traditional menu. OPENING HOURS, Cafe: Monday - Saturday 8.30am - 5pm,  Restaurant: Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 6.30pm, Sunday Traditional Roast 12pm - 3pm

The Riverside Inn


The Riverside Inn and Restaurant, built around 1580, is rich in original features and an atmosphere created by over 400 years of hospitality. It is situated along the banks of the River Lugg, on the southern edge of the Mortimer Forest. The Stagg


The Stagg was built at the meeting point of 2 drovers roads and is part medieval, part early Victorian with a bit of the 1970s. Today it is rustic in feel with a small bar housing a collection of 200 pub jugs and some very friendly gossiping locals. There are three dining rooms and many customers choose to eat in the bar itself, with a michelin star it is a real treat.

The England’s Gate Inn and Coach House is a 16th century black and white public house providing excellent locally produced food and drink and offers top class accommodation in its adjacent coach house.  We provide excellent personal service catering for all kinds of functions from intimate dinner for two to large parties, celebrations and weddings.
